definitely CONGRESS.....(AM A DIEHARD FAN OF CHIRU>>>BUT SORRY TO SAY LIKE THIS)......coz...as due 2 many reasons(especially the candidates didn't get the seats in the areas which they have Grip...and some came out due to the money asked for the respected seat by A*** A*****)....i.e why most of the members are resigning in PRAJA RAJYAM PARTY(PRP)...and more over the thing is that the tickets are given to the candidates with no stuff!..at first most of the people ar ready to vote for a DOG from PRAJA RAJYAM PARTY.....but now people think DOG is more valuable than the candidates from PRP!!!!!....n as due to fake words n regular changes in the election manifesto by our N.CHANDRABABU...people are not ready to vote for TELUGU DESAM PARTY(TDP)..after BY ELECTIONS people decided not to vote for a candidate like K.C.R(K.CHANDRA SEKHAR RAO).....people forgot that there is a party with name BJP(BHARATIYA JANATA PARTY) due to the main concentration of every one s focused on the 3 parties(CONGRESS,PRP,TDP).....
that is why i think CONGRESS had an edge to form a govt.......and next to CONGRESS...there is a chance for LOKSATTA PARTY...developed by a well-educated person and who offered his valuable services in civils....DR.JAYAPRAKASH NARAYAN..(DR.JP)..has the ease to be nominated by the people..
so my ratings are as follows.

3.PRP/TDP*
4.PRP/TDP*

If TDP wins, we will get gas for a lower price. I dont know what congress will do. PRP is useless for me as it is giving benefits to only poor people who are eligible for it.
